How to delete or make changes to files that require administrator priveleges

Install the registry key provided in the link below to delete or make changes to files that require administrator priveleges. A new option will be included in the right click menu of the file called "Take Ownership". Click on that and now you can delete or make changes to the file. Please disable adblock before going to the site to download the file.
